今年の大根少し細〜い…、と思ったら、農家さんのお詫びなのか、一袋10本の中に1、2本のおまけあり。そこで、55本漬けます。後は、干すだけです。あ〜ぁ、寒かったぁ。
綺麗に並んだダイコン、美味しい沢庵の出来上がりが、楽しみですね。
