そうですね〜。ハスカップは、ブルーベリーに似ていていますが。ビタミンC・目に良いといわれるアントシアニンなどは、ブルーベリーの何倍も多いとか。
更には鉄分・ビタミンＥ・カルシウムと豊富に栄養素が含まれているので、”不老長寿の妙薬”とも言われています。ひまわりさん、正解です。北海道ならではのベリーですね。
