マグロのお刺身かと思いましたが、トマトなんですね。
蒸してから冷凍保存するのですか、こうしておくとといつでも使えるのでいいですね。

家庭菜園で作った物は、手塩にかけて？いますので、何とか食べ尽くしたいのです。あの手この手と、” クックパット ” (パソコン) で作り方を見て、食べる事を工夫し楽しんでいました。(^_^)
